Quarterly AI review
Local AI should improve without becoming a burden on the household.
As part of an ongoing PRIVATE, ESTATE or BESPOKE membership, PRIVATE HOUSE reviews the agreed AI environment quarterly.
Quarterly review includes the agreed home AI environment and its approved remote-access pathway.
Where an update is appropriate, PRIVATE HOUSE applies it through the client-approved support connection, tests the system and confirms completion.
The client’s existing conversation history and settings are treated as separate data and handled through the agreed backup and recovery process.
Maintenance window
Remote updates are delivered within the agreed support scope and may require an agreed maintenance window. Availability depends on the appliance, software, internet connection and approved configuration.
