Digital protection
The modern household is a small digital estate.
PRIVATE HOUSE identifies the avoidable gaps: the forgotten account, the exposed device, the unprotected recovery route and the unnecessary access.
Clear priorities. No jargon. No theatre.
Digital Household Review
Understand the whole picture before changing it.
A discreet review of the household’s everyday digital exposure, designed to produce useful priorities rather than an intimidating report.
- Personal devices
- Basic protection, software-update habits, screen locks, encryption and lost-device readiness.
- Accounts
- Password hygiene, multi-factor authentication, recovery details and unnecessary access.
- Backup and recovery
- What matters, where copies exist and whether the household can recover without improvising.
- Digital privacy
- A proportionate review of public exposure, data-broker profiles and impersonation risk.
- Household access
- Who genuinely needs access to what, including family members, assistants, staff and advisers.
- Priorities
- A short, ordered plan that separates immediate actions from sensible later improvements.
The client receives
A plain-English written plan setting out what deserves attention now, what can wait, what sits outside our scope and which decisions remain entirely theirs.
We can coordinate with an existing IT adviser, family office or security professional. We do not displace trusted specialists merely to widen our own scope.
Secure Digital Foundation
Privacy is not a setting. It is a system.
We create a practical security baseline for the local AI system and the household’s approved digital environment, then keep it considered over time.
- Sensible Wi-Fi and router security review
- Guest access and separation of appropriate devices
- Secure configuration of the PRIVATE HOUSE appliance
- Unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where supported
- Approved account and access arrangements
- Backup planning and a clear recovery route
- Ongoing review and support
- Coordination with specialist network, smart-home or cybersecurity partners where needed
In practice
Protection that is calm enough to live with.
Devices
Protected by default
Updates, encryption, sensible locks and recovery planning—applied where appropriate and explained.
Accounts
Access with intention
Unique credentials, second login steps and current recovery routes for the accounts that matter.
Network
A sensible baseline
Review of the router, Wi-Fi, guest access and appropriate separation—not a wholesale rebuild by default.
Our boundaries
Security should be felt in the absence of problems—not in a dashboard full of alarms.
We review the digital exposure of smart-home, camera, alarm, access-control and AV systems. We do not install or maintain those physical systems.
Where specialist network engineering, investigation, penetration testing or incident response is required, we define the need and coordinate with an appropriate specialist.
We are not a 24/7 security operation, and no arrangement can remove every risk.
